International Air Reserve Symposium
WELCOME
Over the last 30 years, the International Air Reserve Symposium has provided a valuable forum for Senior Air Reserve representatives from global Air Forces and Air Reserve Components of the IARS members, to discuss common 'Air Force Reserve' topics. Established in 1992, IARS accomplishes this obective by sharing experiences and information, and co-operating on Air Force topics.
The Committee on Leadership Development (COLD), as a committee of the IARS, is responsible for both the courses: International NCO Leadership Development (INLEAD) and International Junior Officer Leadership Development (IJOLD). News about these courses can also be found at this website.
